Refund policy


We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Because we sell original artworks and limited-edition prints, our returns policy is slightly different from standard retail products. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Original Artwork

All original artworks are unique and one-of-a-kind.

For this reason, all sales of original artworks are final unless the item arrives damaged.

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photographs of the artwork and packaging
  • We will assess the issue and arrange a solution where possible

Prints (Including Made-to-Order Prints)

As prints are produced specifically for your order, they are considered made-to-order items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Minor colour variations (which may occur due to screen differences)

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photographs of:
  • The damaged artwork
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will work with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
  • Returns due to unpaid customs charges cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
